A: Standard style: at least 100 pairs amount, could be MIXED with different styles.

Customized style: at least 100 pairs for EACH style.

2.Q: Can I get the free sample for test?

A: Standard style: we normally offer 4 pairs for free at most, same unit price (PRICE LIST) for the rest parts.

Customized style: we charge US$30.00 for each style as the sample fee first time, this cost will be returned to customers after ordering.

Express fee is paid by customer.

3.Q: Could you make the same design lashes with my sample (picture)?

A: First of all, we will recommend the standard styles from our catalog if customer accept the 80% SAME.

We could increate 98% similar style with the sample you offered us, MOQ 100 PAIRS each style for this customized style is needed.

4.Q: What is the shipping option you offer?

A: Express (fast & expensive) by DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, EMS, etc. to your door, 3-4 days shipping normally.

Express (cheap & slow) by Alibaba Logistics cooperation, 12-15 days shipping normally.

Express shipping to your Chinese shipping agent.

By container for bulk order which over 150000 pairs to your nearest port.

By air to your nearest airport.

We will provide the tracking number ASAP after the goods shipping out.

5.Q: What is the delivery time?

A: Standard style: we have the large stock of the standard style (RTS PRODUCT), the staff will arrange on the packing work within 2 days after

we received the balance payment here.

Customized style: basically the production for small sample order is about 10-15 working days, 25 working days for bulk order (10W pairs).

7.Q: How to place the order from your factory?

A: Send the details info ( the requirements of the lashes material, length, band, purchase quantity and so on).

Confirm the TARGET PRICE and lashes series with factory staff.

Get the catalog or quotation, pick the styles which we need, send the LIST to factory staff.

Test the sample lashes and discuss the details info, factory will adjust the lashes design if needed during this process.

Discuss and confirm the design of the lashes package ( tray, box, PVC package).

Get the PI or Invoice from the factory.

Arrange on the deposit (30%) or full payment.

Get the feedback of the production and confirm it.

Balance the payment (for bulk order).

Get the tracking number and waiting for the carton.
