Now Let me show you our lash-making procedures one by one!

1、Lash Moulding

Use the lash mold to shape the PBT fiber materials into different lengths.

Use the strip tape to adsorb the materials and set them in line to get the lash strip pieces.

2、Cutting

Then lay out the tapped PBT fiber materials, to get the styled lash style.

Use the iron rod to knock the stainless steel rule to cut up the taped strip lash into two pieces, and keep the shaped half to be the half-finished strip lashes.

3、Rolling

Roll it to have the 3D fluffy feeling, and heat it for several hours to get the desired curls.

4、Separating

Remove the lashes from the stainless steel pipe, and separate the combined lashes to get 2 pairs of faux mink lashes.

5、Installing

After the strict quality inspection process, then install the finished lashes with the lash tray.
